Q:What is the warranty?
A:According to different types of lamps, a 5-7 year warranty is provided. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.
Q:What is the payment term?
A:For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable.
