Is it possible to make free samples?
CHZ lighting can provide free samples but the sample fee must be returned in the follow-up order.
Could you please provide us the User Manual for your led light?
Yes, it is. We have designed a beautiful and applicable user manual for each LED lamp, you can ask us at any time. And each of our product boxes will be accompanied by a user manual. CHZ thinks what you think and provides you with thoughtful service anytime, anywhere.

Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available .
Can I add my logo to the product label?
Yes, but order quantity is requested depending on different lights.
What is the payment term?
For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable.
What is the payment period?
For sample orders, we can accept wire transfer 100% in advance, PayPal, Western Union. For large orders, please pay 30% deposit by wire transfer and pay 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, letters of credit
What is the warranty?
According to different types of lamps, a 5-7 year warranty is provided. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.
