1. What is a general business process?                                            
Answer: Send inquiry to CHZ→(Customer provides engineering information→Dialux simulation design→Confirm design plan and product→) Specification confirmation→Quotation→Sample list confirmation→Form invoice→Payment bank document→Sample delivery→Sample satisfaction→Big order list→ Formal invoice → 30% deposit payment in advance → production ready → 70% balance bank check → delivery → after-sales service

2. What is the warranty?
Answer: According to different types of lamps, a 5-7 year warranty is provided. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.

3. What is the payment period?
Answer: For sample orders, we can accept wire transfer 100% in advance, PayPal, Western Union. For large orders, please pay 30% deposit by wire transfer and pay 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, letters of credit 
3. What is the payment term?
Answer: For sample orders, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk orders, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For a very big order, L/C is negotiable.

4. Can I add my logo to the product label?
Answer: Yes, but order quantity is requested depending on different lights.
 

5. I don't know which sty how many LED Street lights should I use, can you advise?
Answer: Yes, we can offer our professional solution for you, IES file is available if you have the design team. 

6. Do you have any MOQ limit for the led light order?
Answer: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Answer: We usually ship samples and small quantities of products that customers need urgently with DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. High-volume product transportation is available for airline or maritime transportation. The shipping time is updated according to the actual situation of the shipping company.

8. We don't know how to install it, can you help?
Answer: We offer both online and on-site installation instructions and testing. Please communicate with us in advance, we will negotiate to confirm the more appropriate guidance to ensure the smooth completion of the project.

9. How to deal with the faulty?
Answer: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate < 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will send out a new replacement to you immediately for you to solve the problem.
